How to Rent (In 4 Simple Steps)
1.
Request Availability: Contact us via phone or text to confirm equipment availability. We will email you our Drone Rental Agreement and Credit Card Authorization Form.
2.
Submit Documentation: Return your signed forms along with a copy of your
FAA Part 107 Certificate (for commercial operations) and
Proof of Drone Liability Insurance.
3.
Authorization & Pickup: Once your rental fee and temporary security hold are processed, pick up your gear from our Baton Rouge office (or request custom shipping).
4.
Deploy & Return:
Complete your field operations and return the equipment. After a quick damage inspection, your authorization hold is fully released.
Rental Policies & Operational Notes:
Minimum Order: $250 minimum rental requirement per order.
Rental Period: Commences when equipment leaves our Baton Rouge facility and ends upon return. Renters cover all shipping costs.
Flight Equipment Training: On-site equipment orientation and setup training are available for $75 / hour.
